These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ONPAD websites, software products, WhatsApp CRM, marketing, automation and related digital services.

- Message templates and automation
- Campaign and messaging analytics

- Digital marketing and related business services
Features may be added, changed or discontinued as ONPAD develops its services.
User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their ONPAD account credentials and for all activity performed through their account.
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Use secure passwords and authentication methods
- Notify ONPAD of suspected unauthorized access
- Ensure team members use appropriate permissions
WhatsApp Business Platform
ONPAD may connect with Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform to provide messaging, CRM, campaign and automation functionality.
Businesses connecting a WhatsApp Business Account must have the authority to manage that account, phone number and associated business assets.
Use of WhatsApp functionality through ONPAD is also subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform terms, policies and messaging requirements.
Acceptable Use
You must use ONPAD lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use ONPAD to:
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized spam messages
- Message users without required consent or opt-in
- Send fraudulent, misleading or deceptive content
- Harass, threaten or abuse any person
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Violate Meta, WhatsApp or applicable platform policies
- Use ONPAD for unlawful goods, services or activities
ONPAD may restrict or suspend accounts where abuse, policy violations, security risks or unlawful activity are reasonably suspected.
Customer Data & Consent
Businesses using ONPAD are responsible for ensuring that customer information, phone numbers and message recipients have been collected and used lawfully.
- Obtain appropriate customer consent where required
- Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests
- Use customer data only for legitimate business purposes
- Follow applicable privacy and communications laws
ONPAD does not sell personal information received through connected WhatsApp accounts.
Third-Party Platforms & Services
ONPAD may integrate with third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting providers and other business platforms.
Availability and operation of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, technical requirements and service availability.
Fees, Plans & Third-Party Charges
Certain ONPAD features may require a paid subscription, service fee or usage-based plan.
Charges imposed by Meta, WhatsApp, payment processors or other third-party services may be separate from ONPAD subscription charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party APIs, internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure, Meta services or events outside ONPAD's reasonable control.
Suspension & Termination
ONPAD may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or violation of these terms.
Users may stop using ONPAD or request account closure subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
ONPAD provides its services using commercially reasonable care. However, services may depend on external platforms and infrastructure not controlled by ONPAD.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONPAD will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse, third-party outages or unauthorized use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, legal obligations or business practices change.
