Data Deletion Instructions for ONPAD
ONPAD respects your privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal information associated with your ONPAD account or connected Meta and WhatsApp Business integrations.
Requesting Data Deletion
If you want ONPAD to delete personal information associated with your account or connected Meta/WhatsApp integration, you may submit a deletion request directly to us.

Use the subject: ONPAD Data Deletion Request
Include the registered email address, business name and relevant WhatsApp number associated with the ONPAD account.
ONPAD may request reasonable verification to confirm that the requester is authorized to request deletion of the relevant account or business data.
After verification, ONPAD will process the request within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Information That May Be Deleted
Subject to applicable law and technical requirements, a deletion request may include information such as:
- ONPAD user account information
- Name, email address and phone number
- Business profile information stored by ONPAD
- Connected WhatsApp Business Account information
- WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID
- Stored customer contacts associated with the ONPAD workspace
- Stored conversation information where applicable
- Campaign and messaging records associated with the account
- Meta integration credentials and authorization information
Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp
Businesses may also disconnect their Meta or WhatsApp Business integration from ONPAD.
Disconnecting an integration prevents ONPAD from continuing to use that authorization for future WhatsApp Business Platform operations.
Disconnecting an integration and deleting an ONPAD account are separate actions. If you require complete deletion of ONPAD-held account information, submit a Data Deletion Request using the instructions on this page.
Information We May Need to Retain
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Fraud and abuse prevention
- Security investigations
- Financial or transaction records required by law
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing contractual obligations
Any retained information will remain subject to appropriate security and access controls.
Meta & WhatsApp Data
When an authorized business connects Meta or the WhatsApp Business Platform to ONPAD, ONPAD may process information necessary to provide the requested integration.
A verified deletion request may result in removal of ONPAD-held information associated with the connected Meta/WhatsApp account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Information independently held by Meta or WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own policies and must be managed through the applicable Meta or WhatsApp account tools.
