ONPAD runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, so your number is not banned for using it — that risk comes from unofficial bulk-sender tools. Meta can still limit a number that many customers block or report, so message people who expect to hear from you. ONPAD skips anyone who opted out of marketing, automatically.
The app runs on one phone for one person, and a broadcast reaches at most 256 people who saved your number. With ONPAD your whole team replies from their own logins, campaigns reach your full list whether or not they saved your number, and automations and AI reply when nobody is free.
Yes. When the number moves to ONPAD it leaves the WhatsApp Business app, and the chats in the app do not come with it — export anything you need first. Or use a new SIM or a landline and keep the app as it is.
There are two separate bills: your ONPAD plan for the software (shown above, GST included), and Meta's charge per message, which Meta bills to your own account. ONPAD adds no markup on Meta's charges.

No. You connect your number through Meta's own sign-up screens using your Facebook login. You need a number that can receive an OTP and is not active on any WhatsApp app at that moment. If you get stuck, message us and we will set it up with you.
