  • Message and conversation metadata
  • Message delivery, sent, delivered, read or failure status
  • Customer contact details associated with business conversations
  • Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages where required to provide inbox and CRM functionality
  • Webhook events provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform

ONPAD accesses WhatsApp and Meta information only after the applicable business or authorized user grants the required permissions through Meta's authorization or Embedded Signup process.
